Job Description

Summary

The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day boutique operations to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and commercial success. This role leads the boutique Operations team, manages inventory and financial controls, drives process improvements, and partners with management and regional leadership to deliver seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of all policies and procedures and lead compliance efforts within the boutique
  • Implement and maintain opening and closing procedures and daily set up and break down
  • Oversee product movement including shipments, transfers, consignments, and quality control
  • Manage inventory control processes including counts and stock movements to support annual inventory
  • Oversee financial transactional accuracy and timely submission of paperwork to corporate teams
  • Partner with boutique management to monitor operating costs and resource allocation
  • Lead boutique audits and implement action plans to address findings
  • Serve as key user for operational tools and support rollouts, training, and adoption
  • Lead and develop the Operations team to drive KPIs and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field
  • 5 years of operations management experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Experience leading leaders and managing direct reports
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office with strong Excel ability; SAP preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends and travel overnight as needed
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate teams and drive inclusive culture
