Operations Manager - Field

As an Operations Manager at James Perse, you will be responsible for supporting multi-store operations and ensuring operational efficiency at the field level. You will play a key role in driving the evolution of the store and customer experience, leading store projects, rollouts, and training processes to achieve operational excellence.

• Execute retail operations activities, including store projects and technology implementations.
• Partner with corporate teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage store personnel for project staffing and execution.
• Oversee inventory management and compliance with company policies.
• Develop strategies to reduce shrink and inventory discrepancies.
• Facilitate store training initiatives and manage store incentives.
• Lead business process improvements and update operating policies.
• Manage real estate projects and optimize store processes for omni-channel initiatives.

• 3+ years of retail and/or hospitality retail experience.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with retail programs and technologies.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project support.
