Operations Manager - Inbound

Summary

The Operations Manager leads inbound warehouse operations and a team of approximately 20 employees. This role drives safety, quality, performance, and continuous improvement while meeting financial and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, recruit, onboard, and train warehouse employees.
• Coach and manage performance while driving safety, quality, and operational results.
• Lead process improvement and project management efforts.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, KPIs, and facility performance scorecards; implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement actions with measurable results.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, warehouse management software, and databases.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and team development skills.
