Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Manager at our Miami Design District Boutique, you will partner with the Store Director to manage store operations, leading both Front and Back of House activities. You will ensure smooth operations, facilitate collaboration between teams, and uphold the highest level of client service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control, including cycle counts, discrepancy reports, and BoH organization.
  • Lead yearly inventory preparation, mapping, delegating, and scanning.
  • Oversee cash operations and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Supervise stockroom organization to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor store BoH expenses and maintain the operating budget.
  • Develop business action plans to enhance BoH processes.
  • Conduct monthly coaching sessions with BoH staff.
  • Coordinate collaboration between store and Corporate departments.
  • Provide accurate schedules for BoH staff.
  • Participate in daily store meetings and communicate business trends.
  • Train and develop BoH staff and participate in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate operation guidelines.
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Leadership experience with direct responsibility for a team.
  • Retail awareness and passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
  • Strong understanding of business needs.
