Operations Manager

Summary

Operations Manager responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, safety, internal and sustainability requirements while supporting the Store Director with operational and administrative functions to increase store turnover and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct rotation of goods in the warehouse
• Prepare the annual inventory and investigate discrepancies
• Follow up and control monthly turning inventories and action plans
• Implement back office action plans from HQ and ensure store-level follow up
• Support leadership to ensure sales staff reach KPI goals
• Maintain store image in line with corporate standards
• Manage delicate customer complaints and back office processes
• Support Store Director in supervising and managing team including administrative assistant, cashiers, stock keepers, security and tailor

Requirements

• Significant experience managing stock and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years)
• Successful managerial experience leading a team of three or more
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Commitment to participate in an innovative project
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and standards
