Summary
The Stock Manager oversees stockroom operations and ensures adherence to operational and global stockroom guidelines. This role supports inventory control, shipping and receiving, repairs management, reporting and store operational standards while partnering with store leadership to maintain budget and service levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee policies and procedures according to operations and global stockroom guidelines
- Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving duties
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies and perform cycle counts
- Receive merchandise and complete monthly store reconciliation
- Manage repairs process including shipping and follow up
- Maintain and organize stockroom to prevent loss prevention and sales issues
- Ensure supplies are stocked and costs aligned with budget
- Perform opening and closing procedures and coordinate facility maintenance
- Submit required daily weekly and monthly reporting and support sales floor as needed
Requirements
- 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and word processing and familiarity with JDA
- Strong organizational skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive results and manage coach and develop a team
- Attention to detail for inventory reconciliation and reporting
