Operations Manager - Yorkdale

As an Operations Manager at our new Yorkdale location, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for managing the non-selling functions of the boutique. Your role will involve overseeing various operational aspects, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall efficiency of the store.

• Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Train and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures and inventory management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate communication with central distribution.
• Ensure security and safety compliance within the store.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
• Manage payroll processes and scheduling of associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service and solve store-related problems.
• Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with opening/closing procedures.

• 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and travel as needed.
