Operations Professional

Summary

Lead back of house operations in a luxury retail store, providing exceptional client service and operational support. Act as a key holder and manager on duty when needed, performing tasks such as order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and merchandising to support sales goals and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment
• Manage inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
• Clean and prepare jewelry and merchandise and process jewelry repairs
• Coordinate merchandise transfers and administrative operational duties
• Act as key holder and manager on duty, opening and closing the store when necessary
• Partner with sales team and management to support sales initiatives and drive customer loyalty
• Collect and maintain customer data to cultivate relationships and support sales

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising and client service
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Organizational flexibility to perform varied day to day tasks
• Authorization to work in the United States
• College degree or GIA coursework preferred
