Operations Professional

Summary

As an Operations Professional you will deliver exceptional client service while managing order fulfillment, inventory, and operational tasks to ensure a consistent brand experience in store. You will support store efficiency by executing shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise care, and by partnering closely with client advisors and management. The role contributes to sales performance by identifying client needs and supporting follow-up and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers
• Clean and care for jewelry and process jewelry repairs
• Supervise and reconcile inventory using reports and systems and report discrepancies
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence and support sales opportunities
• Partner with client advisors and management to respond to client inquiries and follow up on requests

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Organized, flexible, and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs
• College or university degree preferred
