Summary
Provide exemplary customer service by supporting all store operations functions including shipping receiving stock room cash office and administrative duties to ensure efficient day to day operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly
- Support shrink reduction plan and report violations following company procedures
- Coordinate accessories repair engraving and embossing services with external vendors
- Support inventory preparation execution and shipping receiving processes
- Read and execute transfer shipping alteration and inventory count documents
- Execute cash office processes and ensure compliance with POS audits
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management
- Uphold professional presentation etiquette and product knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stand walk lift approximately 20 lbs and assist with packing unpacking and moving stock
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow within the company
- Ability to learn new systems and demonstrate technical aptitude
