Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing regional sourcing and manufacturing functions across the Americas, including raw materials, capacity asset management, transparency and traceability, and production operations. Drive strategic vision and supplier relationships to ensure delivery, quality, cost controls, and execution of corporate initiatives while managing a regional team.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional raw materials approval and management for price, quality, and color.
- Manage greige platforming and Tier 2 supplier onboarding and exit.
- Track liability fabrics and associated financials.
- Oversee regional capacity tracking, booking, and allocation to suppliers.
- Implement responsible sourcing practices and utilize corporate tracking tools.
- Manage transparency and traceability initiatives with suppliers and internal partners.
- Ensure right first-time purchase order issuance and production operations execution.
- Own corporate projects related to pricing, inventory, and sourcing strategies.
- Partner with commercial teams to align purchase order activities and capacity.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in international production and sourcing.
- Substantial knowledge of trade regulations, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and production timelines.
- Experience with financial analysis, internal controls, and vendor due diligence.
- Ability to develop and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior management presence.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative high performing teams.
- Ability to synthesize issues and produce actionable conclusions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
