Operations Supervisor - Atlanta Phipps

As an Operations Supervisor at our Atlanta Phipps location, you will be responsible for managing the non-selling functions of the Boutique. You will work closely with the Boutique Management to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies.

• Supervise shipping and receiving, inventory control, and loss prevention activities.
• Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and inventory management.
• Train and lead associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor accuracy of inventory processes and produce operational reports.
• Assist with payroll management and scheduling of associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address any service-related issues.

• 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and travel as needed.
