Operations Supervisor - Camarillo Premium Outlet

As an Operations Supervisor at the Versace Camarillo Premium Outlet, you will oversee the efficient operation of the store, ensuring that all stock is managed effectively and that the store maintains high standards of organization and customer service. You will report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in supporting the sales team and enhancing the client experience.

• Monitor sales floor stock to ensure all pieces are represented with the current VM set.
• Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to avoid shrink.
• Maintain a clean and organized stock room at all times.
• Perform shipping/receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Re-organize BOH to maximize efficiency and elevate the client experience.
• Assist in store’s physical inventory and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Perform Key Holder responsibilities such as opening/closing the store and closing out the POS.
• Support the sales team with tasks such as running sizes and assisting at the cash wrap.
• Process damages and repairs to company standards.
• Prepare corporate finance packs bi-monthly.
• Monitor store supply levels and communicate order needs to management.
• Process consolidations and transfers within deadlines.
• Process customer shipments in line with company standards.
• Keep accurate records documenting all stock movement.

• Minimum of two years experience in retail BOH environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Proficiency in retail POS system, Word, Excel, and email.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
