- Produce and maintain operational reports and records.

- Assist with payroll management and scheduling of associates.
- Address issues in store service, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements- 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
