Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Saks Boca Raton, you will oversee the non-selling functions of the boutique, ensuring efficient management of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other operational tasks. You will work closely with the Boutique Management to maintain high standards of operations and customer service.

• Ensure accurate processing of store inventory through verification of purchase orders and ticketing.
• Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Train and lead associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
• Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
• Assist with payroll management and scheduling of associates.
• Address issues in store service, efficiency, and productivity.

• 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
• Availability to travel as needed.
