Summary
Oversee back of house operations at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlet store, reporting to the General Manager. Ensure stockroom organization, efficient shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and support sales team and key holder duties to uphold operational standards and elevate client experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales floor stock to ensure pieces match current visual merchandising sets.
- Communicate stock level and product quality issues to management to prevent shrink.
- Maintain a clean and organized stock room and reorganize back of house for efficiency.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and process customer shipments per standards.
- Assist with store physical inventory, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution and adjustments.
- Support key holder duties including opening and closing the store and POS closeouts.
- Process damages monthly and track repairs and transfers within deadlines.
- Prepare corporate finance packs bi-monthly and keep accurate records of stock movement.
- Monitor and communicate store supply needs to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a retail back of house environment; luxury experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with associates and corporate partners.
- Proficiency with retail POS systems, Word, Excel and email.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and multi-task while balancing daily responsibilities.
