Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Richemont in Grand Prairie, TX, you will oversee a variety of distribution center activities, employing labor resources to meet operational metrics and providing leadership and development to your team.

• Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and objectives.
• Analyze productivity and quality results to implement improvements or corrective actions.
• Ensure consistency in process quality control and execute company initiatives for warehouse excellence.
• Enforce workplace safety and maintain compliance with safety incident reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to develop team members and build engagement.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for facility operations.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and coach staff on company policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP tools.
• Ability to manage tasks/projects independently within the operation.
• Fluent in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a respectful workplace.
