Responsibilities- Monitor sales floor stock to ensure all pieces are represented with the current VM set.
- Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to avoid shrink.
- Maintain a clean and organized stock room at all times.
- Perform shipping/receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Re-organize BOH to maximize efficiency and elevate the client experience.
- Assist in store’s physical inventory and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support Key Holder responsibilities such as opening/closing the store and closing out the POS.
- Follow policies and procedures to elevate operational standards.
- Support sales team with tasks such as running sizes and advising on stock availability.
- Process damages and repairs to company standards.
- Prepare corporate finance packs bi-monthly.
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
- Monitor store supply levels and communicate order needs to management.
- Process consolidations and transfers within deadlines.
- Process customer shipments in line with company standards.
- Keep accurate records of all stock movement.
Requirements- Minimum of two years experience in retail BOH environment, luxury experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships.
- Proficiency in retail POS system, Word, Excel, and email.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
