Summary
Responsible for overseeing back of house operations to ensure stock accuracy, efficient receiving and shipping, and maintenance of an organized stock room while supporting store leadership and sales teams. Reports to the General Manager and sets the example for operational excellence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales floor stock to ensure all pieces are represented with the current visual merchandising set.
- Communicate stock level and product quality issues to management to avoid shrink.
- Maintain a clean and organized stock room and re-organize BOH to maximize efficiency.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and process customer shipments per company standards.
- Assist with physical inventory, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution and inventory adjustments.
- Support key holder duties including opening and closing the store and closing out POS.
- Process damages and manage repairs for stock and customer items, tracking progress and communications.
- Prepare corporate finance packs and monitor store supply levels, communicating order needs.
- Process consolidations and transfers within deadlines and keep accurate records of stock movement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail back of house environment, luxury experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with associates and corporate partners.
- Experience with retail POS systems and proficiency in Word, Excel and email.
- Self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi-task while balancing daily responsibilities.
