Stock Supervisor

Summary

As a Stock Supervisor you partner with store leadership to ensure the store is prepared for customers by managing deliveries, organizing stock, and improving store operations. You oversee merchandise handling, inventory accuracy using RFID and stock systems, and supervise the Sales Support Team when applicable. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift and move inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments to floor ready standards
• Manage inventory accuracy using RFID and stock management systems
• Maintain supply management to prevent overage and support budgets
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient stockroom
• Provide on the job training and supervise daily activities of Sales Support Team
• Work with store management on stockroom layout and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with store policies and meet Store Process Dashboard expectations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Team oriented with the ability to train and supervise others
• Tech savvy with experience using inventory systems or RFID preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
