As an Operations Support Associate in Fort Worth, you will play a crucial role in managing various operational processes to support sales and enhance profitability. This position requires working onsite and reporting to the Sales Support Manager.

• Complete daily store operations and support tasks under the direction of leads and managers.
• Manage inbound and outbound merchandise.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Support online sales activity through accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement merchandise price changes.
• Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas.

• Prior retail experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
