Operations Support Associate

Summary

Supports day-to-day store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment. This primarily non-selling role also assists customers and sales associates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor, and deliver merchandise to sales associates.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales areas and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
