Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, process retickets, and support inventory accuracy.
• Assist customers and sales associates with merchandise, stock checks, transactions, and sales floor needs.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work around the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
