Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports store operations while contributing to an inspiring, customer-first shopping experience. This part-time role helps maintain store standards, supports company initiatives, and works collaboratively with the store team to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and maintain sales floor and store standards.
• Assist customers and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives.
• Share feedback with management about customer needs, successes, and opportunities.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
