Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps keep retail store operations running smoothly, primarily supporting inventory and stockroom activities. The role also assists customers and the sales floor team, and helps maintain store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support merchandise checks and delivery to the sales floor.
• Assist customers and process transactions when needed.
• Help maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with store teams and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work around the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
