Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, replenish merchandise, and support stock checks.
• Assist customers and sales floor staff, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming store areas.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and balance operational work with customer needs.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store and stock areas.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
