Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets for a luxury eyewear brand. Deliver product expertise on frames, warranties and optical features and support omnichannel customer experiences. Maintain store presentation and perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and attend training sessions.
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Provide omnichannel support ensuring seamless online and in-store experiences.
- Adhere to brand policies procedures and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred.
