Optical Sales Associate

Summary

The Optical Sales Associate provides personalized customer service and product recommendations while building client relationships and achieving sales targets. The role supports a seamless in-store and online experience and helps maintain an organized, visually appealing store.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations on eyewear, warranties, and optical add-on features.
• Build client relationships, follow up with customers, and meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs and provide omnichannel customer support.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow brand policies and procedures.
• Keep current on product knowledge and industry trends through training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• POS system experience and luxury sales or eyewear industry experience are preferred.
