Outlet Assistant Leader - Irvine Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Assistant Leader partners with the Outlet Leader to drive operational excellence and create an elevated outlet experience. This role coaches and develops the store team, supports merchandising and visual standards, and helps deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is solutions-driven, adaptable, and focused on achieving measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and develop the store team in partnership with the Outlet Leader
• Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities and drive results
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards that reflect the Outlet vision
• Model adaptability and guide the team through change while representing the brand professionally

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Analytical and strategic thinker with sound decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexible to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours and able to lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
