Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store goals. The role also supports visual merchandising or training needs as a Major.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, discover their needs, provide product guidance, and cultivate lasting relationships.
• Drive sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach and effective sales practices.
• Maintain brand and product knowledge, support inventory activities, and follow up on client requests, repairs, and holds.
• Collaborate with the store team and maintain operational, visual merchandising, and brand standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a team-oriented, client-focused approach.
• Fashion-forward with an interest in luxury goods; dependable, punctual, flexible, and professionally presented.
• English proficiency and comfort using Microsoft tools required; additional languages are preferred.
