Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations, sales associates, and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role maintains inventory accuracy and supports a high standard of customer service in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff during store inventories.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock is organized according to operational guidelines.
• Support customer service needs related to merchandise repairs and returns.
• Help store staff comply with inventory maintenance and back-of-house procedures.
• Follow company operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated inventory management and maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic calculation skills.
• Ability to handle merchandise and boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including overtime with short notice.
