Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak business periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. The role works across the sales floor and back of house to assist with client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Retrieve merchandise, maintain product availability, and assist with replenishment and go-backs.
• Support receiving, inventory activities, stock organization, and movement of merchandise between the sales floor and back of house.
• Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible team support and follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures quickly.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
