Summary

Responsible for supporting store leadership in driving sales and operational excellence at the outlet location. Acts as a keyholder to open and close the store, provide direction to sales associates, and ensure the guest experience meets brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Lead and coach sales associates on floor to achieve sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Process transactions accurately and assist with inventory tasks
• Ensure security protocols and loss prevention measures are followed
• Support receiving and stock replenishment for outlet operations

Requirements

• Previous retail supervisory or keyholder experience preferred
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Basic cash handling and POS experience
• Reliable and able to perform opening and closing duties
