Summary

Support keyholder role at an outlet store responsible for assisting daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring customer service standards are met. Position works full time on site at the Outlets at Orange. The role supports store leadership and helps maintain visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
• Support sales floor activities including merchandising and replenishment
• Operate point of sale and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with loss prevention and maintain store security
• Train and mentor team members as needed
• Ensure visual presentation and store cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform opening and closing duties reliably
• Cash handling and point of sale experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to the Outlets at Orange
