Job Description

Summary

As an Outlet Keyholder - Selling, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience in our Princeton location. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing daily operations, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities
  • Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
  • Train and mentor new sales associates, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional activities and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
