Summary

The Outlet Keyholder drives sales and profit through customer engagement and efficient merchandising. The role provides friendly, helpful service while supporting store operations and assisting with opening and closing procedures. The Keyholder provides supplemental oversight when other store leaders are not physically present.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including tagging, ticketing, price changes, damages, and receiving and dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling-floor and stockroom areas, and protect company assets.
• Support opening and closing standards and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
