Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide friendly service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including tagging, ticketing, price changes, damages, and merchandise receipts and dispatches.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling floor and stockroom spaces.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Support opening and closing standards and provide supplemental supervision when store leaders are absent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
