Summary

The Key Holder supports sales and profit by engaging customers and helping maintain efficient merchandising operations. This role provides friendly, helpful customer service and supports store opening and closing procedures, offering supplemental oversight when other store leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, complete price changes and damage processing, and support merchandise receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling-floor and stockroom spaces.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Support store opening and closing standards and provide supplemental team oversight as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort using computers, handheld devices, and other workplace technology.
