Outlet Keyholder - Support - Woodfield

Summary

The Keyholder supports sales and profitability by engaging customers, providing helpful service, and maintaining merchandising efficiency. This role also supports store operations and helps ensure opening and closing standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, complete price changes, and support merchandise receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling floor and stockroom areas.
• Protect company assets and support opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
