Outlet Keyholder - Westbury

As an Outlet Keyholder at our Westbury location, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing daily operations, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

• Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
• Support the sales team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new staff members as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
