Retail Sales Supervisor

As a Retail Sales Supervisor in New York, NY, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and leading a team in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the company's standards and vision. In the absence of Store Management, you will oversee the store staff and ensure smooth operations.

• Lead by example in customer service and store standards.
• Assist Store Management in driving and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
• Represent and reinforce company standards and policies.
• Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and company KPIs.
• Ensure customers are the top priority in the store.
• Build and develop a client base through networking and appointments.
• Conduct store meetings and resolve customer issues in the absence of Store Management.
• Open and close the store and oversee all procedures.
• Maintain store standards and manage inventory.

• 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and retail systems.
• Ability to relocate is preferable.
• Action-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate others and manage conflicts effectively.
