Sales Supervisor - Soho Flagship

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in service and operational duties to drive productivity and sales performance at the Soho flagship. This role assists the Boutique Manager with training, KPI management and execution of store initiatives while providing excellent customer service and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
• Maintain and follow up with a client book to meet clienteling sales goals
• Assist Boutique Manager with store marketing and promotional initiatives
• Support training efforts and monitor team KPIs
• Lead and assist sales staff in delivering superior customer service
• Process customer repairs as requested
• Adhere to store operational procedures including opening and closing
• Ensure facility maintenance presentation and organization
• Use company computer programs proficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong selling and clienteling skills with ability to meet sales goals
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and a positive team player attitude
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to learn and convey product information effectively
