Summary

Temporary keyholder support role at a retail location in Paramus responsible for assisting store operations, opening and closing procedures, and supporting the management team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily function.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Support sales floor operations and ensure visual merchandising standards
• Deliver high quality customer service and assist with sales transactions
• Assist with cash handling and register reconciliation
• Coordinate with management on staffing and daily priorities
• Ensure loss prevention and store security procedures are followed
• Support inventory tasks and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic cash handling experience
• Reliable and able to perform opening and closing duties
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
