Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in service and operational duties to increase store productivity and performance. This role assists the Boutique Manager in training, KPI management, and execution of store initiatives while maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
- Maintain client book and perform regular follow up to meet clienteling sales goals
- Assist Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives
- Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
- Lead and assist sales staff in partnership with store management
- Provide superior customer service and handle customer repairs when requested
- Adhere to store operational procedures including opening and closing guidelines
- Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
- Use company computer programs proficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong selling and clienteling skills with ability to meet personal sales goals
- Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and a positive team player attitude
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
- Customer focused with ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
