Summary

Lead a high-energy sales team at an RH Outlet to drive revenue and margin targets while delivering elevated customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives and oversee merchandise presentation and store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting goals and monitoring key performance indicators
• Train and develop team members in product knowledge and selling techniques
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to elevated brand standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination of initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
