Summary
Responsible for assisting the store team with service and operational duties to increase store productivity and performance. Supports sales generation, clienteling, training efforts and overall boutique operations while delivering superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
- Maintain client book and perform regular clienteling follow up to meet monthly goals
- Assist Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives
- Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
- Lead and assist sales staff in partnership with store management
- Provide superior customer service and handle customer repairs when requested
- Adhere to store operational procedures including opening and closing guidelines
- Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
- Use company computer programs proficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong selling skills and ability to meet personal sales goals
- Excellent clienteling and customer development skills
- Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills and positive team player attitude
- Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly
