Key Holder - Manhasset

Summary

As a Key Holder you will support the General Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain daily store operations. This role requires strong clientelling skills, leadership in operational excellence, and the ability to coach and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and provide after sales service
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers
• Assist with visual maintenance and inventory tasks throughout the day
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests and events
• Coach and train sales team members to improve performance

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of retail experience
• Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
• Strong multi tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients and management
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality
