Summary
Full time Sales Supervisor responsible for driving individual sales and leading the store team to uphold brand standards in a luxury retail environment. Acts as the senior store presence in the absence of Store Management and supports sales, customer service, supervisory, and operational functions to achieve store KPIs and a high level of client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards
- Drive and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals and store KPIs
- Oversee staff and conduct store meetings in the absence of Store Management
- Build and develop client base and schedule client appointments
- Assist sales associates with suggestive selling and styling to increase sales
- Open and close the store and manage opening and closing procedures
- Maintain inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Assist in recruitment onboarding and ongoing training of staff
- Resolve customer issues and ensure appropriate floor coverage
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proven sales performance and knowledge of luxury product and clientele
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and retail systems
- Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly and motivate others
- Customer focused with strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to multi task and manage priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience with inventory processes and visual merchandising
- Ability to build and maintain a clientele following
