Responsibilities

• Lead sales floor activities and drive revenue through direct selling
• Open and close the store and manage keyholder responsibilities
• Coach and support sales associates to achieve targets
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain store appearance and workplace safety

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Proven sales and customer service abilities
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
