Summary

Team Lead responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the sales team, build client relationships, champion sales goals, and ensure high quality client experiences in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute store strategies with Store Manager and Team Managers
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty
• Identify products for clients based on profiles and market trends
• Support selling and floor management to achieve sales targets
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and feedback
• Champion a product category when applicable
• Oversee store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
