Job Description

Summary

Support store management at the Westchester Mall location by driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and coaching the sales team. Assist with implementing company policies, maintaining store standards, and performing opening and closing duties. Act as a product and styling expert to build client relationships and achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Coach and develop the team and foster collaboration
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure guest ready environment
  • Organize sales floor and stockroom
  • Open and close the store according to procedure
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product knowledge
  • Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
